Monday Made It!

I'm linking up with 4th Grade Frolics for a short post about a few things I've been making! :) You can click her button to see over 150 other teachers who have already linked up to show their projects! Impressive! :)

{MADE IT #1 and #2}
I started a TPT store! You can read all about making the big choice in yesterday's post. I have two products that I have made so far! My first product is a freebie: polka dot CAFE menu posters! The second product is chevron CAFE Menu posters! I know I'm not the only teacher crazy for polka dots and chevron! You can download them both here!

{MADE IT #3}
My READ letters that I made for my classroom from Michaels inspired me to make some letters for my home, too! I think I've gotten quite crafty this summer! :) The letters are $3.99 each, and the flowers were on clearance for $1.99. The scrapbook paper was $0.25 each, and I had the ribbon from another project! This was super easy to make and I loved how they turned out! I added modge podge to the top to make it a little shiny and a little glitter.

Here they are drying on my living room floor! :)
And here they are all done and hanging in my house! :) I love them!

Sunday Smorgasbord ~ July 28

I'm linking up with Fabulous in First again to share some Sunday randomness! :)

{One}
Oh. My. Gosh! I finally decided to take the plunge and sell my teacher products on Teachers Pay Teachers! I've been thinking about it for a very long time but just wasn't sure if I was ready. Well, I think I'm finally ready! My first product is a freebie! I made some new CAFE posters for my classroom this year, and they are polka dot themed. You can pick them up for FREE at my TPT store by clicking here or clicking the TPT icon on the right! Feel free to leave me some feedback or email me with questions! :)

{Two}
I love summer mornings! I get to sit out on my back deck or inside if it's cold with my two pups and drink my coffee! I feel spoiled to sleep in until 8 and then watch Kelly and Michael! Lucky me! Who would't want to spend their mornings with these cuties? :)

{Three}
My team finally won the traveling teacher trophy again! We shot 11 under par to win the TRF Education Foundation tournament, so we get to keep the trophy until next year! Yipee! The bag tags hanging on the trophy were for "good luck" from the back to back champs of the tournament. We had them presented to us in front of everyone in the tournament before it started! Embarrassing!!! It sure felt good to win it back! :)

{Four}
The mister finished the back deck, and we bought a little puppy fence so I don't have to hook up my dogs every time they need to go out! It's the perfect height and it makes everything so much easier! No more clumsy cables getting wrapped around my flowers, the fire pit, and our patio furniture! YAY!

Throwback Thursday

Hi bloggy friends! I am linking up with Cara at The First Grade Parade for Throwback Thursday! We are going back to December of 2012 for this post! We celebrated 10,000 page views last December and I can't believe we are already less than 1,000 page views away from another huge milestone: 20,000 page views! I bet it will happen before the new school year starts! That's crazy talk! Never in a million years would I have thought I would have had 20,000 page views in a year and a half! THANK YOU for checking our blog and leaving so much love each week! I am one blessed teacher and I have made some many new teacher blogger friends this year! I am feelin the love! :)

10,000+ Page Views PARTY!

I can't believe our blog almost has 11,000 page views already! Here is a picture from our 10,000 page views party! This picture cracks me up each time I look at it! You guys are HILARIOUS!

CELEBRATE!!! WOO HOO!!!

Thanks for checking our blog everyday and helping us reach our goal of 10,000 page views. Our new goal is 15, 000 page views by the end of the school year. I think we can do it easily! We might need to change it to a higher number. We will talk about it when we get back to school together in January.

I miss you all, but I am enjoying my break with my family! Tori is here from Oregon and I only get to see her twice a year. I have been busy with the puppies, reading for fun, playing games, eating WAY too much food, and watching movies. I hope you are having fun, too! :)

See you soon lovebugs!!

Hugs,
Mrs. Delzer <3

1. If you are on Facebook, you need to like Tori's Teacher Tips and get in on the sweet Blog Hop she is hosting! There are 23 amazing second grade teachers that are giving away different products from math, to classroom management and literacy for FREE! This hop ends tonight so hustle over there and snatch up your freebies!

Click the Blog Hop button below for more info and a list of teachers participating! They are very generous! Thank you!!!

2. I saw this on Twitter and then on Pinterest! I love a lot of the ideas and pinned it right when I saw it! Click the picture below to go to my Pinterest and see all of the clever tips for elementary teachers. While you're at it, feel free to follow me! :)

3. Here is another pin for some Mexican Queso that I made back to back nights this weekend! My husband's parents were in town helping us build a deck on our house and taking in some fair action! I made it Friday night as a snack and it was so good that I made it again for a BBQ last night with the Attigs!  We played bag toss, frisbee golf, ate wayyyy too much yummy food, played in the yard and had a bonfire! The temperature and company was perfect! :)

Here is the pin, and a picture of their sweet daughter, Ella and me having a perfect Saturday night! Isn't she precious? :)

Thanks for sharing your Sunday with me! Have a fabulous day! :)

Oregon Vaca 2013

I saw a few of my Top Dogs at the fair on Wednesday night and had some requests to post some pictures from my Oregon trip! Oh my word, we had so much fun! I love every single second of sister time I get with Tori. I only get to see her about twice a year. Here are some of my favorite pics from the trip! I took over 100 but had to narrow it down for the blog! Enjoy! :)
I got to paddle board and kayak at Elk Lake! The water was so clear and it had a perfect view of Mt. Bachelor! Spoiled!
We spent a day on the lake wake boarding, surfing, and trying the hydro chair!
I spent many nights in this hot tub! Look at this view from their backyard!
Here's a pic of my favorite brother and sister at the Bite of Bend! :) Such yummy food vendors!
I had Jamba Juice at least 5 times when I was out there! So good!
I had a blast golfing for the first time this summer!
I got to spend the day with this little cutie! Meet Lauren. She is going to be a first grader next year!
We went to a pet parade on the 4th of July and this was the grand finale: a floating dog!
We went frisbee golfing down Mt. Bachelor! It was a crazy experience! Here is a picture of us at the summit!
Here is a picture of the view from hole 1. Can you find Mr. Delzer? :)
Here is my brother walking down to his frisbee! Can you believe this snow? It was about 70 degrees at the top.
Here's a pic of me and the Mister at the top of Paulina Peak! The view was amazing, but the drive was a little scary!
Family pic at Paulina Peak!

Showing a little sibling love at the peak!

These were the dogs at the K9 police trials! They have this every year to time police dogs. My sister's husband doesn't have a police dog, but he is on the traffic team. These dogs are absolutely incredible!
Sarah and Michael came to visit and had a blast using our iPads! Their dad cooked us some yummy pizza!
And we went mini golfing! So much fun! I miss this girl more than I can even say!

What I'm Lovin' Wednesday

I am linking up today with Covered in Glitter and Glue. I found her on Instagram and I'm always loving her pictures. I saw Mrs. Johnson had linked up with this party last week so I thought I'd give it a try!
Here are some of the things I am loving this week:

1. This is on the inside of my classroom door. I like to teach with my door open whenever possible, so this will be the first thing my kids see when they come to school! I downloaded it from A Cupcake for the Teacher on TPT! I have actually bought a lot of her stuff, and I've never been disappointed! :) She always makes good stuff and is so sweet! :)

2. Madi Mae and Duds helped me out at school all weekend. They love running around my classroom searching for fun things to play with. Anyone who knows Dudley knows that his life revolves mainly around the words food, treats, and cheese. You can stop him in his tracks just by saying one of those three words. Bless his heart! Madi Mae was the Top Dog and had the best seat in the house when she was on the doghouse! :) Super Madi!

3. While I'm typing this up I'm watching one of my favorites Josh Duhamel on Kelly and Michael! I love this show, and I love it even more when a North Dakota boy is on there! He is one of my favorites, right up there with Joe Mauer and Zach Parise! :)

4. I signed up for a Back to School Blogger Exchange, hosted by the same lovely who is hosting this linky party! If you are a teacher and you haven't signed up yet, you should do so fast! You're running out of time! :)

5. My Erin Condren planner came when I was on vacation! I can't wait to start organizing and planning with it! It is so stinkin cute! Definitely worth the money!

Monday Made It!

Hi blogger friends!

This is my first Monday Made It! I am linking up with Tara at Fourth Grade Frolics to share some of my creations! I have been working in my classroom all weekend and decided that I was feeling pretty crafty! Check out some of the fun things I have been making for my room, and one bonus project I made from an old red frame for my house!

Click her button to see other teachers linking up today!

Tissue paper, staples, chevron ribbon and paper bones! :)

One of these sweet creations is going on each table!

These are wooden letters from Michaels. I traced them on scrapbook paper, modge podged, and added some ribbon! These beauties will be hanging out by my library!

Corkboard + wrapping paper = MAGIC! :)

The Shed made this beauty and I snatched it up for my classroom! I'm in love!

I also found this red frame at The Shed! I added another wooden letter from Michaels and some scrapbooking paper,  twine, clips, and pictures to create this cutie!
Thanks for visiting my blog! What are you making this Monday? Link up and show it off! I can't wait to see some other terrific teacher creations! :)
