Nonfiction Notes

Hello Bloggers! We have been studying Nonfiction in our reading and writing for a couple of weeks. We have picked a topic to be an expert at in our writing, and thanks to Mrs. Bakken in the Media Center, we have lots of books to study! I took a few pictures of the kids taking notes from their books yesterday. We will make our Table of Contents and start drafting like crazy for the rest of the week. You will see in the pictures that the kids take their work very seriously! The last few pictures were taken when the kids did "pair and share" to tell some of the notes they took and share what they have learned! I LOVE THIS UNIT!

Toodaloo,
Mrs. Delzer :)

Kendal and Jaxon are note-taking machines!

Morgan is "all smiles"

Nice work, Annika and Zach!

I like your style Austin, Olivia, and Koen!

Ben is taking notes about hockey!

Cody and Luke are studying their books like pros!

Addison and Gerrek are doing a fabulous job!

Go Elliot!

Nice printing, Ashton!

Way to go, Steven!

Look how much Chesnie wrote!

Ben and Jaxon doing "pair and share"

Addison and Chesnie had fun sharing their notes!
