Whew!! Green day is over and we made it through! This teacher is pooped out but it was well worth the fun time we had! Kendal Martell's mom was our Mystery Reader. Thank you Kim!! She gave the Top Dogs pots of gold when she was done reading! How cute is that?!!
After Mystery Reader, we had a Green Feast! We didn't even get to eat half of the food that was brought, but we tried a little of everything! We will keep munching on the rest of it next week. I need to say a HUGE THANK YOU to all of the parents that bought the green treats. It was awesome!
After our feast, we went down to Mrs. Schantz's classroom. We learned the rules for a Shamrock hunt and let the kids loose in the school. Each group of kids (1 fourth grader and 2 Top Dogs) had to find 5 matching shamrocks. This was a challenge because our school is HUGE! We had SO MUCH FUN!!!
