THANK YOU TOP DOG FAMILIES!

What a fabulous last day and school year! We laughed, we cried, and we remembered what made this year so extra special! Thank you for sharing your outstanding children with me this year.  Your children made me the best teacher I could be everyday, and I will never ever forget them. They have each made an impression on me that will last a lifetime. The support you sent to our classroom this year was overwhelming, and very appreciated! Your love for your children is seen in everything you do for them. Thank you for a great year of growth for both your children and me. I am SO proud of the progress and growth of this class! They are such hard workers that are dedicated to making good choices and getting smarter! I care for your children so much, and the end of the year is very bittersweet for me. Your kids are ready for third grade, but it is hard to let them go.

I would love to hear from your child this summer with your permission. In the past, I have taken students golfing, out to Dairy Queen, on walks, to the park, and to the fair. I would love to be pen pals as well. I promise it won't be a bother - I will miss your child so much and love every extra second I have with them!!!! They have become my family! I love your kids like they are my own.
THANK YOU SO SO MUCH!!!

Here are some pictures from our last day...
Kylie and Jodi brought us cupcakes to celebrate her graduation!
Group picture with our tie dye shirts on! :)
I had a fabulous year with these helpers! THANK YOU Melaine, Jodi, and Kylie!

After some good crying, it was time to cheer up! We had so much fun playing Minute to Win It! Ignore the mess around the classroom! We started the tearing down process. Our room looks SO sad and lonely when we take down all the stuff hanging from the ceiling and on the walls.

Here was the line up for Minute to Win It stations! Start the timer!
There she blows!!!
Face the Cookie! :)

Noodling Around! :)

Nose Diving! :)

After those four stations, we all tried M&M Drop together. This game took a ton of concentration! The Top Dogs had to pick up all of their M&Ms with just their straw by sucking in air, and drop them in their cup. Jaker was the champion at this game!
